I have been in real estate since 2012 when I first started in this business, I was named rookie of the year my first year and have remained one of the top 5 agents. My team specializes in Farm and Ranch properties where which is about half of my business, we also help clients with residential real estate as well as Commercial, my husband joined the team in 2016 and is now specializing in commercial real estate.
In 2021 We Purchased our own United Country Franchise, and we were able to start offering Auctions to the long list of things we specialize in. This has been the biggest blessing to our business. Sales have increased by 50% when we added this to our portfolio of options to help buyers and sellers sell real estate as well as other things.
Auctions don’t always have to be a fire sale meaning sometimes auctions actually bring more money by offering homes and property up for auction.
We believe the customer should enjoy the home buying process it can be a very stressful experience for most people however we do everything we can to take the stress away we want everyone to feel like they truly have the best agent in their corner.
